His only comment being that the little metal grips, used for fitting to the end of the two individual wires, for then fitting to the new foot control terminals were really A SIZE TOO SMALL. The original pedal had suffered through age and had got very brittle (the pivots had broken). It would have been very helpful to have had a diagram and/or instructions for wiring different machines, particularly as it is advertised as a universal foot control for most models.īought this for a Bernina 930 Electronic with a two wire foot pedal. But he persevered and my machine is now up and running, thank goodness. Bought control for Bernina 900 with a 3 wire foot pedal and my husband at first failed to sort out the wiring.
Difficult to fit, but worth persevering.
but my only reservation is why three cables before. Best to try cables before loose onto terminals to see which cable not to use. I used black cable and I think brown cable.
